Understanding anxiety from a physiological perspective, via alterations in breathing causing is not common knowledge. Breathing behaviors, that create physiological disruptions, can also cause unfounded anxiety.
Habitual reactive breathing patterns can cause the nervous system to be on high alert. A person can feel on edge, worried, fearful, apprehensive, and irritable for no apparent reason.
Whether anxiety is caused by a psychological trigger or by a physiological state mediated by unstable breathing, it can be neutralized and overcome with proper breathing.
More people, of all ages, nowadays are beginning to think that anxiety is a normal part of life despite the fact that anxiety is an equal opportunity destroyer. Anxiety is capable of destroying your health, your family, your career, and your goals. Anxiety can destroy our quality of life. Just managing anxiety is not enough for individuals who are looking for healthier choices. Why not learn skills to manage joy, ease, enthusiasm, and confidence?
CONCLUSION: Breathing science, via CO2 regulation, is an effective and sustainable way to stay calm and focused using your body’s own natural resources. Anxiety is an equal opportunity destroyer and there are practical ways, beyond meditation or pills, to overcome it.
