Before working with Respiras, I ran a half marathon in which my stomach was tied in knots the whole time. It was a horrible experience. I was determined never to race again. I would train so diligently and get to the race and nerves would ruin the whole experience.
After the St. George Marathon, I had a huge smile. This was the most pleasing race I’d ever had. I was calm, relaxed, and had a smile most of the race and especially at the end.
